Market Style Dinners 
Every Friday night, from the beginning of May until the end of October, is the night to dine at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons. Choose your meal from our extensive al fresco buffet and watch while the chef prepares it for you. Enjoy your dinner by candlelight, then relax on the patio with after dinner drinks and watch the sun set majestically behind the palisade walls of historic Sainte-Marie.

All-You-Can-Eat 'JAZZ' BARBECUE BUFFET

Starting the last weekend in May, each Sunday night until the end of September, feast in royal delight! Sink your teeth into juicy barbecued chicken and beef. Choose from a wonderful array of delectable summer salads (20), fresh baked bread, local sweet corn on the cob, and stuffed baked potatoes. Banquet Room: Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Sainte-Marie's restaurant. Decorated to represent a 17th century banquet hall, this room is ideal for small groups, receptions or meetings. Room capacity is 150 persons.
